Welcome to AITask (“AITask”, “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App and related services.
By using AITask, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
AITask is not intended for children under the age of 13.
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age required in your country or region.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your location, you should use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
AITask is an AI task and reward app. Users may participate in AI-related tasks, answer questions, complete quizzes, play casual games, join visual observation challenges, and view task or reward progress.
Some tasks are designed to help AI learn from human insight, human judgment, user responses, and visual interaction behavior.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or service at any time.
AITask does not require users to create a registered account to use the basic App experience.
However, certain features, such as reward tracking, withdrawal requests, support requests, fraud prevention, or data deletion requests, may require app-generated identifiers, device information, or information you voluntarily provide.
You are responsible for keeping your device and app access secure.
When using AITask, you may submit answers, opinions, text responses, feedback, choices, and other content through tasks or app features (“User Content”).
You agree that your User Content may be used to operate the App, provide AI-related features, improve task quality, support AI learning experiences, analyze task results, and improve user experience, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You should not submit confidential, private, unlawful, harmful, offensive, or highly sensitive personal information through task answers or app features.
You are responsible for the content you submit. You agree not to submit content that infringes the rights of others, violates applicable laws, or disrupts the operation of the App.
AITask may include AI-related features or content generated, analyzed, or supported by third-party AI service providers.
AI-related content may not always be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for every situation. You should not rely on AI-related content as professional, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice.
We do not guarantee that AI-related outputs will meet your expectations or produce any specific result.
AITask may provide reward-related features based on task completion, app activity, game progress, visual challenges, ad interactions, or other eligible activities.
Rewards shown in the App may represent virtual progress, promotional rewards, or withdrawal-related balances, depending on the specific feature and availability in your region.
Reward availability, withdrawal options, minimum thresholds, processing times, supported payout methods, and eligibility rules may vary by country, region, user activity, anti-fraud review, and platform requirements.
We may review reward or withdrawal requests to prevent fraud, abuse, invalid traffic, duplicate activity, automated behavior, policy violations, or other unfair use.
We reserve the right to delay, reject, cancel, adjust, or revoke rewards or withdrawal requests if we reasonably believe that the activity is fraudulent, abusive, invalid, automated, manipulated, or in violation of these Terms.
Rewards are not guaranteed income, employment compensation, wages, salary, or a promise of financial return.
AITask may display advertisements, including rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, native ads, or other ad formats.
Some rewards or task progress may depend on valid ad viewing or eligible ad interactions. Invalid, automated, repeated, manipulated, or fraudulent ad activity may result in reward adjustment, suspension, or cancellation.
Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising partners. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of third-party advertisers.

Violation of these rules may result in loss of rewards, restriction of features, denial of withdrawals, suspension of access, or other actions permitted by law.
AITask may use third-party services, including advertising networks, analytics providers, attribution providers, crash reporting tools, AI service providers, payment or reward-related services, and infrastructure providers.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
The App, including its design, interface, features, text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the User Content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, analyze, display, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from such content for operating, improving, and providing the App and AI-related features.
Your use of AITask is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices or regions.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature, task, reward, ad format, withdrawal method, or service at any time.
We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, technical issues, third-party service failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that using the App will result in any specific reward amount, income, benefit, AI improvement, or outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall be limited to the amount you actually paid to us, if any, for using the App during the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or certain features if we believe that you have violated these Terms, abused the reward system, engaged in fraudulent activity, or created risks for the App, other users, or third-party partners.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, rewards and anti-fraud rules, and dispute-related provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the developer, unless otherwise required by mandatory laws in your country or region.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
